Properties for Solar Farms

HELIOS Tech., a.s. is looking for properties suitable for the solar farm construction. That way it offers an opportunity for very profitable appreciation of the properties, either by repurchase or long-term lease.

Specification of Inquired Properties

• properties maintained, in accordance with the applicable zoning plan, as industrial zones, possibly other grounds suitable for construction
• properties that are in the phase of preparation of a zoning plan change
• properties burdened with previous industrial activity possibly unused agricultural land and other areas
• properties that were reclaimed as a result of the previous use, i.e. former waste dumps, areas around industrial structures, mines etc.
• it is appropriate if a high-voltage line is located on a border of the property or in its vicinity
