Solar Farm Projects
The common part of HELIOS Tech., a.s. services is complete provision of entire project documentation required for all levels of the approval process. We cooperate with specialists who provide the necessary engineering throughout the Czech Republic as well as the required data and documentation necessary for the changes in zoning plans.
We do not recommend to underestimate the plan of the concept of individual parts of a photovoltaic power plant (definition of area limits, layout plan, location of cabling, LV concept, method of measurement, type and location of transformer station etc.). Expert assessment of the specific area and determining the optimum concept of the power plant affects the rate of power losses that, in the case of unqualified design, may achieve up to 10% which in consideration of a megawatt power plant, may mean a lower annual yield of as much as several million.
HELIOS Tech., a.s. therefore offers, among others, expert consultancy which is used to assist the investors in their initial considerations. If required, we are also able to prepare an analysis of the area and design the optimum layout plan including the electrical concept, both on the LV and HV parts.

- preparation of the zoning process project
- preparation of the building permit project
- obtaining the data and documentation for the changes in zoning plans
- preparation of the construction documentation (building part, LV electrical part, HV electrical part)
